Our spacious room featured soundproofed walls, ensuring a peaceful rest, and a flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. The easy access to free Wi-Fi facilitated my ongoing research as a marine biologist, allowing me to connect with colleagues back in Edinburgh. While the temperature regulation in our room could have been more flexible, we found the warmth inviting, which was especially appreciated during the chilly season. The cleanliness and attention to detail in housekeeping elevated our experience. The hotel’s location is a real asset, positioned centrally, allowing for easy exploration of the area on foot. I also enjoyed a lovely breakfast from the restaurant menu, complemented by a 10% discount as guests. The dining options were extensive and included an inviting bar/lounge area. Parking was conveniently included, further adding to the value proposition of this hotel. Lanterna Rooms offers a great balance between luxury and financial prudence for travelers seeking both comfort and accessibility.
